What is statue of equality?

The <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Statue%20of%20Equality">Statue of Equality</a> is a monument to the 11th-century Vaishnavaite saint and social reformer, <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Ramanujacharya">Ramanujacharya</a>. It is located near Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The statue is 216 feet (66 m) tall and is one of the tallest metallic statues in the world, seated in a meditating posture. It commemorates Ramanujacharya's teachings on equality, devotion, and social justice. The statue is made of 'panchaloha', a combination of five metals: gold, silver, copper, brass, and zinc. It is mounted on a 54-foot base building, named 'Bhadra Vedi', which houses a digital library, a research center, an auditorium, and an educational gallery detailing the works of Ramanujacharya.
